Our structure consists of sales people supported by Administration and Logistics teams.
A team approach is fundamental to Willbond. Our aim is to make it easy for people to do business with us and we promise a friendly, professional service. But, we can only succeed if our whole team is trained and motivated to delight our customers. These are just some of the ways we make this happen:

Our Terms and Conditions of Employment are revised regularly to reflect current best practice and all employees receive updated sets annually. Staff also receive a written job description outlining their duties and responsibilities and written feedback on their performance each month.
